By commissioning me, you are agreeing to the following terms. Please read carefully before placing an order.
GENERAL
- Commissioned artwork is for Personal Use only unless commercial rights are purchased (additional fees apply depending on service).
- My artwork may be used for personal display such as profile pictures, banners, posting on social media with credit, or printing for yourself or as a gift for someone else, but may not be used for profit without prior agreement.
- AI and NFT use is strictly prohibited. My artwork may not be used in AI datasets, engines, or minted as NFTs.
- I reserve the right to decline commissions outside my abilities or for subjects I will not draw.
- One round of revisions is included for each stage (sketch and final). Further revisions will be charged additionally at $15.

- Send me a description of the desired artwork and as much reference as you can (even better if you can doodle your idea!).
- After the artwork has been discussed to your satisfaction, I will send you an invoice.
- Once payment has been received, I will create a sketch, which is then submitted for your approval.
- If you are satisfied with the sketch, I will then go ahead with the painting.
- The final files will be delivered digitally. If you wish to buy the artwork as a print, I can upload it privately to INPRNT and give you a code for a 20% discount.

DEADLINES AND DELIVERY
- Commercial projects take priority, but I will do my best to finish your commission in a timely manner (within one or two months).

INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY RIGHTS
I, the artist, retain all rights to the commissioned artwork. You are purchasing usage rights, not ownership of the artwork itself.

Promote myself and my services;
Post on social media and in my portfolio.
Exceptions:
If an NDA has been purchased, the artwork will not be posted or used for promotional purposes.

- I may cancel and refund a commission at any time.

- Once payment is received, refunds are not available.
